How to log into www.corrlinks.com
In order to log into the Corrlinks service, one needs to access the Corrlinks homepage, by going to www.corrlinks.com. On the left hand side of the new, redesigned (and uncluttered) Corrlinks homepage, one will find the login section. Logging into this website involves entering your email address and your password.
What if you have forgotten your www.corrlinks.com password?
If you have forgotten your Corrlinks password, what you need to do is reset it. Below the Corrlinks input boxes for the email address and password, there is a link labeled ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and if you click on it, you are sent to the Corrlinks password reset page. As with any other website, you will have to prove that you actually own the Corrlinks account you want to reset the password for, before you can proceed to do so.
Things you can do once you log into www.corrlinks.com
Once you managed to get logged into www.corrlinks.com, you can:
Read messages sent to you by inmates: this will involve going to your Corrlinks messages inbox, and clicking on the messages you want to read, in order to be able to read them.
Send messages to inmates: this will involve composing the messages, specifying the inmates you want to send the messages to, and then hitting the button that initiates the sending of the messages. While at a technical level the messages are transmitted almost instantly, it can take some time before the inmates actually see them. This depends on the routine at the incarceration institutions, and the times when the inmates are allowed to access the computers.
Fund your account: given the fact that the Corrlinks email service is a fee-based service, it follows that you have to fund your account to use it. Once you are logged in, you can transfer funds from your debit or credit card, which can either be a Visa or MasterCard, to your Corrlinks account.
Verify your account: this is critical if yours is a new Corrlinks account, in which case you have to subject it to verification, before you can actually use it to receive or send email messages to (or from) inmates.
Add inmates to communicate with: once you are logged in, you can add new inmates, in order to initiate the process which will culminate in you being able to conveniently communicate with them.
Block inmates: if there are inmates you don’t want to receive messages from, you can block them once you are logged into your Corrlinks account.
